Mission
That interested visitors learn about and feel welcomed by Unity.
Commitment
Volunteers serve once a month after the service for 30 minutes.
Tasks
- Members of the team learn about Unity; are able to explain the 5 Principles and how they impact our lives.
- The member stands at the back of the Sanctuary during the greeting of newcomers, and holds up the sign for Tours so the person making announcements will mention that there is a tour for interested people after the service.
- The member welcomes all who come back for the tour and follows the process outlined separately.
- This is a ministry work and needs to be entered into with prayer. Good listening is needed, to respond to questions. People are invited to return but at no time is the tour a sales pitch.
